フランス語を知ることは、今日のフランスを形成するものを知ることでもあります。
このコースでは、フランスのイメージを作り上げているガストロノミー、ファッション、映画、ユーモア、音楽、美術などの知識が得られます。 午前中には一般フランス語コース（会話、文法、語彙）が行われ、午後のコースではフランスの生活について学びます。
午後のプログラム
フランス料理入門 (2時間)
本物のシェフが自らの調理場で、自宅で再現できるような料理を直伝してくれます。レッスンの後には試食会が行われ、シェフの指導のもとで作った料理を参加者全員と一緒にお召し上がりいただきます。
現代フランス映画 (3時間)
現代のフランス映画の構造や特性を分析します。批評、ディベート、意見の交換などが行われます。
60年代から現在までのフランスの歌謡曲の概観 (2時間30分)
抜粋、様々なアーティストや世代に見られる共通点と異なる点。フランスの歌謡曲の定義。外国の歌と比べた長所 / 短所。
マティス美術館ガイド付き見学＋美しいシミエ修道院の庭園での水彩画入門(3時間)
このクリエイティブな午後のアトリエでは、色彩や形、光などについても説明します。
歴史のある村エズへのエクスカーション (3時間)
有名なフラゴナール香水工場のガイド付き見学。エズまでの移動中 (30分)に、ガイドが香水の歴史や知っておきたいことなどについて 話してくれます（他のコースの生徒も参加可能。参加者は25名まで）。
フランスのユーモア(2時間)
コント、漫画、テキストなどフランス人を笑わせるものを題材にした楽しいアトリエです。
ファッション(2時間30分)
男性 / 女性のファッション、主流デザイナーと彼らがプレタポルテやトレンドに及ぼす影響について。午後の終わりには、当校の近くにあるエルメス、ディオール、シャネル、ラクロワなどのブティックの「ウィンドーショッピング」を行います。
フランス流の礼儀作法(2時間)
テーブルマナーやレセプションでの作法など、フランス社会におけるあらゆる「礼儀」を学ぶアトリエです。男女のふるまい方、非常識なこと、おかしな作法も学びます。
夜のプログラム
アペリティフ。ニースの流行のパブにてチーム対抗のクイズが行われます。ストレスを感じず、楽しみながらフランスに関する知識をチェック＆向上できます。
ワイン、チーズのテイスティング。良いワインの見方、料理内容に合ったワインチョイス、保存方法などの秘密を知ることができます。チーズについては、各種類のチーズとその特徴を説明します。
お互いの特徴に従って組み合わされた4種のチーズとワインのテイスティング（他のコースの生徒も参加可能。参加者は20名まで）
