Since its foundation, the Colegio de España has established shor programs (normally for one or two weeks) with Institutes, Lyceums, Colleges, etc. which include both the course and extra-curricular activities as the lodging for students and accompanying teachers. These programs are designed according to the requirements and academic interests of each group.

Normally the course has 20 hours a week (all levels). The start date of the course will be adapted to the needs of each program. On the first day all students will take a placement test to determine their level. The course includes the class material. On the last day of course, all students will receive a Certificate of Attendance or Studies. If the gorup wishes so, the course can have a specific content (DELE Preparatory, Business Spanish, etc.)
The courses are complemented with activities which, on the one hand, allow students to improve their language, and, on the other hand, give them an approach to Spanish culture and traditions. Some of these activities are: Torus of the city, Trips,Theatre Class, Conferences, Cultural and/or ludic activities with Spanish students.
During all activities the group will be accompanied by teachers of the school and during tours and trips, by Spanish Art teacher or official tourist guides.
For a greater immersion into Spanish Language and daily life, students normally stay with host families, even though other options are available (University Residences, Hotels, etc.) The Colegio offers the accompanying teachers lodging in the option chosen by them.
The Colegio offers the group the pick-up service from and to the airport (transfer).
