Since most students have great interest for Italian cuisine and love the local wines, the school is glad to organize a course to follow such passions. This special course includes 4 hours of Italian group lessons from Monday to Friday from 9.00 AM to 12.40 PM, each of the appropriate level. All levels, from basic to advanced, are available. The cooking lessons will take place twice a week in the afternoons from 17:00 PM until 18:30 PM and the wine tasting one timer per week often from 18:00 PM until 129:30 PM.
You will be able to prepare and taste typical Ligurian specialities such as sardeinara, green pies, Lasagna, stuffed zucchini flowers, and Tiramisu. All accompanied by excellent wines.
