Staying with a Host Family in Cape Town provides you additional language opportunities whilst living in an English-speaking environment.
We have a fine network of selected, progressive and open-minded Host Families who will make you feel at home and who will give you an additional opportunity to experience Cape Town, its culture and its people.Host Families are carefully chosen by Kurus English and range from a married couple to single-person hosts, with or without children or pets. Although rooms may not be luxurious, you can expect a clean space, a bed, night shelf, table and wardrobe. Normally you would share a bathroom with your host, however, it is possible to book your own private bathroom, if you prefer. All Host families are close to our school, within a maximum transport time of 30 minutes. This can be on foot, by bus or mini-bus.
